Incorrect Trademark Form

The trademark application form shall be as per the TM-4 and shall include names of all the directors along with the name of the business organization. If the form infringes any of these directives then an objection shall be raised on the form by the Trademark Council and as the right measures, a request must be filed by the applicant on TM-16.

Identical Designing

The examiner may object to the trademark if it abides the replication norms of section 11 of The Trademark Act. That means a trademark design or logo shall not seem similar in design or description to the examiner else the application would be dismissed and objection will be marked against it.
